Morning Thoughts During COVID-19
How will we return?
I see this time as a time like the flood. A time of cleansing for the church. A level plain being laid in the hearts of God’s people
Will we return the same way or will we return seeing each other really as being made in the image of God and therefore conducting ourselves towards one another with that in mind
Will we be more forgiving and kind towards one another
Will we allows past hurts and disappointments be just that - past
Or will we pick up where we left off?
Will we be more concerned about people. The entire being: spiritual, physical, and emotional being of people
Will we be more willing to come outside of our comfort zones to be used by God
Will we be more determined to allow God to show us how we should be using our gifts and talents in the church.
Will we allow the Lord to direct us without all the murmuring and complaining
Or will we pick up where we left off?
Oh Lord I hope not, I pray not
